2.2 Scheduling and Modifications

Clients may request reschedule up to 48 hours before an appointment. Approved modifications will be confirmed in writing. Rescheduling may be granted once without fee; additional changes may incur a fee.

2.3 No-Refund Engagements

Certain bespoke engagements or expedited slots are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of resources. Such status will be indicated prior to confirmation.

3. Digital Materials

3.1 Scope

Digital materials include guides, templates, and training modules delivered electronically.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Materials

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if less than 30% of content has been accessed. To request, use contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via original payment method.

4. Physical Items

4.1 Scope

Physical items include printed manuals or branded merchandise.

4.2 Refund Policy for Physical Items

Items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Clients cover shipping. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 10 days via original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
